Why Project Dignity Began
Project Dignity Texas, Inc is a San Antonio nonprofit that funds hospice care for uninsured Texans, born from witnessing neighbors die without medications, equipment, or spiritual support when comfort was needed most.
How Our Model Works
We do not provide clinical care ourselves, we partner with trusted hospice providers, directing donations toward medications, equipment, nursing visits, counseling, and spiritual care for patients who otherwise have no financial path to hospice.
Values Guiding Our Work
Our mission centers on dignity, compassion, and community, we steward every gift transparently, plan to share patient days served, and invite donors, families, and clinicians to help extend comfort across Texas.
